Work Setup & Schedule:

  • Hybrid (Mon-Fri, 7:00AM – 4:00PM)

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting in facilitating new business onboarding.
  • Assisting to coordinate and collaborate with the finance team.
  • Working side-by-side with the Operations Manager for all unlisted managed investment schemes.
  • Processing unlisted applications, redemptions, AML (KYC) & CRS FACTA.
  • Identify and facilitate system enhancement.
  • Manage client inquiries and concerns through phone calls daily.
  • Administrative support within the broader registry team, where required.

What will make you a great fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • With 2-3 years background in fund administration or its equivalent is preferred
  • Knowledge of how managed investment schemes operate is also preferred
  • Customer success-focused
    • Possesses good oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in handling phone calls and addressing client concerns.
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Candidate must have keen attention to details
  • Must be a motivated worker
  • Candidate should be highly organized in his/her work
  • Must be a collaborative team player but knows how to work independently
