Role Overview:As a Commercial Management Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and driving the profit and loss of the Marketing Solutions portfolio. The role will focus on formulating and executing the commercial strategy across various facets such as pricing, packaging, product roadmap, and strategic alignment with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of influencing business outcomes through data-driven decisions and leadership.

What you will do:Revenue and Profitability Goals: Achieve or exceed revenue, margin, and profitability targets for the assigned portfolio. Strategic Implementation: Successfully implement pricing, packaging, and product roadmap strategies to drive measurable business growth and enhance market positioning. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on and deliver commercial goals and business objectives.

Forecasting and Reporting: Provide consistently accurate forecasting and reporting of P&L, business performance, and market trends to senior leadership. Risk Management: Proactively identify and address financial, commercial, and market risks to ensure business continuity and profitability. What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 5-7 years in a commercial management, product, or P&L ownership role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic industry

Proven experience in managing P&L for a product or business unit

Essential experience with pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy within a product-led organization

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret and act upon complex data sets

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional relationships, and influence senior leadership
