JOB SUMMARY

The
Commercial Building Manager
is in-charge of the commercial aspects of Döhle Haus Manila, both dormitory operations and occupancy of office spaces, tenant management, administration of housekeeping and security activities.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Ensure full occupancy of the building or available spaces are rented out
  • Prepare and ensure effective roll-out of marketing campaigns for the building
  • In-charge of tenant management. Liaise with various tenants to ensure that Döhle service standards are delivered.
  • Performs market research and analysis on building/property-related matters
  • Operations of the dormitory at Döhle Haus Manila
  • Cost and budget management related to building operations

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or any other related field
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in commercial building management
