Job description:

We are currently on the lookout for a new Benefits Analyst to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 workplace everywhere

• Spearhead benefits-related projects, acting as the subject matter expert on online enrollment, ACA, and data imports/exports via DataBridge
• Conduct payroll audits for benefit deductions, notifying teams of necessary corrections to ensure accurate processing
• Provide expertise on PrismHR configurations and reporting for benefit eligibility, and act as a liaison for automated application solutions
• Analyze and prioritize requirements for business processes or automated solutions, including end-user acceptance testing
• Work with internal teams to develop and train on processes, and to identify trends in system errors or enhancements
• Handle escalated customer calls, provide call monitoring and mentoring for the benefits team, and support the configuration and administration of Flexible Spending, HealthSavings, and Health Reimbursement Accounts
• Provide support as needed to support client and PEO sponsored retirement Plans

Qualification and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from four year College; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 4 years of employee benefits and HRIS
• Advanced skill level in PrismHR especially benefit administration, Benefit Enrollment, Informer, data imports/exports, and billing reconciliations
• Intermediate to Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office programs Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
• Proven experience with PrismHR "Data Bridge"
• Demonstrable ability to create and comprehend reports and spreadsheets
• Proven experience in a customer service environment
• Proven critical thinking, problem solving, and systems trouble-shooting
