Role Overview:

Were seeking a Marketing Lead with deep Google Ads expertise to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on growth marketer with experience working in tech or software companies, capable of spearheading Google Ads management. Youll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns and various growth initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Management:
  • Create, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads.
  • Conduct keyword analysis and recommend optimizations.
  • Test new ad formats and Google Ads tools to improve performance.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, adjust strategies, and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Marketing Strategy: Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive growth.
  • SEO & Content Marketing: Collaborate with the team to improve organic search performance and maintain an editorial calendar (blogs, case studies, videos, etc.) that builds brand authority.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with graphic and creative teams to prepare high-performing ad materials.
  • Market Research: Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Website Management: Oversee and update the company website to ensure alignment with branding and marketing objectives.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with leadership and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven experience working in tech or software companies (startup environment preferred).
  • Strong background in content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
