The Role

We're looking for a
Google Ads Coordinator
who is hands-on, analytical, and passionate about driving performance. You'll manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping for a mix of eCommerce and lead-gen clients.

This role is perfect for someone experienced, detail-oriented, and excited to grow within a high-performance team.

What You'll Do

  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
  • Run audits to identify quick wins and long-term improvements.
  • Adjust bids, keywords, audiences, and ad copy to improve results.
  • Support A/B testing on creatives and landing pages.
  • Track performance, analyze results, and communicate insights clearly.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 4 years of experience
    managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills + experience with Google Analytics.
  • Solid understanding of Search, Display, YouTube, and/or Shopping.
  • Ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Proactive communicator with good organizational skills.
  • Experience working directly with clients or on multi-channel projects.

Monthly Salary Range Between: USD $800 - $1200 (Dependent on experience).
