The Sales Designer- Bang & Olufsen is responsible for managing daily store operations, delivering exceptional client service, and driving sales through in-store consultations, cold calling, and client sourcing. The role includes assisting customers with product integration into their spaces, coordinating site inspections and repairs, and maintaining accurate monthly inventory. This position ensures a seamless end-to-end customer experience while upholding the brand's standards in both the Shangri-La and Rockwell locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage walk-in clients with personalized consultations based on space, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences.
  • Close sales through persuasive communication, accurate proposals, and client follow-through.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Brand Manager.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients by offering attentive after-sales service and project updates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledgeable in Bang & Olufsen product features, technology, and specifications.
  • Capable of handling high-end client consultations and system demonstrations.
  • At least a College Graduate, preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
  • Experience handling high-end clientele or working in premium retail environments (e.g., malls, lifestyle boutiques) is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
