JOB DESCRIPTION

The overall responsibility of the Sales Associate is to contribute to their store's sales target and

provide excellent customer experience.

KEY TASKS

Drives sales through engagement of customers and sharing product knowledge.

Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.

Handle client queries and complaints and provides excellent customer service

Ensure proper and clean display of items in the showroom

Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in Sales and or Customer Service

Excellent in English and Tagalog (both written and oral)

Experience in Furniture industry is preferred but not required

Experience in using the ff software (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Gmail, Google Drive, Viber)

Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Willing to work onsite at Shangri-La Plaza, Shaw, Mandaluyong City
