We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our attorneys in delivering outstanding legal services. This role involves a wide range of legal and administrative tasks, including drafting and filing documents, reviewing evidence, and managing billing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Legal Document Preparation & Filing
Draft, proofread, and file legal documents with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring full compliance with court procedures, formatting standards, and filing deadlines. - Evidence Review
Organize, review, and summarize case evidence to support attorneys in trial preparation and strategy development. - Billing & Administrative Support
Manage billing workflows, handle routine administrative tasks, and generate and distribute client invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken—to effectively collaborate with our diverse team and stakeholders. Near-native fluency is highly preferred.
- Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in the BPO customer service industry. Prior experience in billing and invoicing is an advantage.
- Candidates are expected to have their own laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, reliable high-speed internet, and a backup connection. Willingness to work night shifts and overtime is required.
This is an established firm that has extensive experience working with individuals in long term 40+ hour full time capacity. We will view this team member as a crucial piece of the team and will provide the needed training to get up to speed quickly.
Benefits- Salary Range: $6 – $8 per hour (based on your experience and performance)
