To be an aide to Importation Manager in order to expedite the process in Importation especially in clerical / documentation. She must assist internal requests from other departments as Importation mainly works as a support group especially with sales and finance.

Do the clerical / documentation works

  • Prepares SAF (Shipment Arrival Form) needed by warehouse for incoming shipments
  • Prepares QC Inspection Report Form for inspection purposes needed by QC
  • Prepares QC approval form in case certain product needs to undergo 100% inspection
  • Prepares payment forms (advance or unpaid) for accounting payment purposes to Suppliers
  • Prepares request form for debit note, advance payment to broker, courier delivery and such.

In-charge of handling / accommodating the internal requests from other departments

  • Answers the phone calls for importation
  • Emails/replies to internal requests

Handles the documentation & sampling requirement for batch notification / LRC application

  • Prepares the necessary documents for batch notification/LRC application: Invoice, Packing list, AWB or Bill of Lading and Delivery Receipt

Transmits documents/samples received intended for the other department

Informs XD (sales team) for the product arrival in Customs and delivery to warehouse.

Emails to XD or Coor the advance copy of COA/COC

Prepares Tax – Exempt application documents;

  • ATRIG – ATRIG application form and Letter of Undertaking
  • DOF – FORM 91, AFFIDAVIT and Authorization Letter to DOF

(both accompanied with Corporate ID of Signatory)

Job Qualifications:

  • Education – BS Graduate of any course but most preferably related to logistics and supply chain management
  • Specialized knowledge – Knowledgeable in MS applications especially in Excel file and Power Point
  • Skills – editing skills is a plus (i.e Adobe)
  • Abilities – Fast Learner
  • Other characteristics such as personal characteristics – Flexible, Observant
  • Professional Certification
  • Experience – Has a background in Customs, any logistics related jobs or freight forwarding
  • Has strong administrative skills and is very organized
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Would suit someone who is outgoing and friendly, and commercially aware
  • Excellent attention to detail (especially we are dealing with shipping documents for which every point in the document is very crucial).
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,304.00 per month
