Duties and Responsibilities:

• Part Request Control: Verify if part number has no open orders or contracts before initiating outright purchase, loan, or exchange; then create system-generated Repair/Loan/Service/Exchange Order to accredited vendor.
• Part Movement Oversight: Material Controllers monitor and administer parts for repair, overhaul, or shop visit, ensure prompt processing, timely returns, and coordinate repair warranty claims with the Warranty Manager.
• Repair Vendor Management: Maintain an approved vendor list, validate their capabilities, track their performance based on turn-time, and require corrective actions or credits from underperforming vendors.
• Documentation and Ordering: Maintain proper transaction records, manage day-to-day BER part replacement needs, and monitor outstanding PRs with Purchasing for timely delivery.
• Safety Compliance: Follow Cebu Pacific SMS Manual, obtain MSDS for DG imports, observe safety protocols, report hazards, and support a culture of safety and compliance.
• General Responsibilities: Monitor rotable inventory, ensure component returns (RTV), and observe company rules and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or associated Engineering Course, preferably a CAAP AMT license holder.
• Experienced in inventory control, stock rotation, rotable component tracking, and ERP-based material planning.
• Knowledgeable in aircraft components, maintenance programs, and aviation safety regulations.
• Skilled in procurement, logistics, forecasting, and supplier management within aviation supply chains.
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel and other tools to support decision-making and process improvement.
• Strong in communication, teamwork, organization, and problem-solving under pressure.
• Committed to continuous improvement, risk management, regulatory compliance, and customer-focused service.
