Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all human resources functions of the organization. This role ensures effective HR strategies, compliance with labor laws, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation and benefits administration
- Lead performance management, training, and employee development initiatives
- Maintain HR records, reports, and analytics for management review
- Advise management on HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational matters
- Lead and supervise the HR team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Proficient in MS Office / HR systems
