  • Proficiency in CAD and BIM platforms (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent) for documentation review and audits.
  • Conduct standards and audits for correct BIM , CAD and drawing standards
  • Verify and validate coordination between architectural documents and consultant drawings (structural, MEP, etc.) to prevent clashes and discrepancies.
  • Conduct quality checks on shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs to confirm compliance with project requirements.
  • Inspect site works and materials to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Establish and implement QA/QC procedures, checklists, and review protocols for design and documentation processes.
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams to uphold quality standards from design through construction.
  • Review and audit architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Architecture

Professional Certification:

Licensed Architect

Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in QA/QC within architectural or construction projects.

Certification or training in QA/QC, ISO, or related quality management systems is a plus.
