Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelors/College Degree in any engineering related courses.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a Quality Test and control checking skills for equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality check of all machineries, power tools and vehicles or other equipment for evidence of abuse, damage, or systems to detect damage, wear, or malfunction upon turn-over and transfer.
  • Perform quality check of all vehicles, machineries, equipment, tools and other assets to ensure compliance with rules, standards, or regulations.
  • Perform quality check, inspection and PMS of all turn-over units stored at the warehouse and motor pool area in compliance to the PMS schedule and plan.
  • Perform quality check test and inspection of all newly repaired and for purchased unit/items.
  • Check mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies for alignment and proper functioning.
  • Test and check electrical assemblies and wiring for proper connections (on equipment).
  • Conduct research in proper operation, handling and maintenance of equipment, machineries and tools.
  • Prepare reports and checklist of all units check and inspected with proper suggestions and recommendations.
  • Recommendation for disposal and trade unit is necessary and generate a list with findings and suggestions for records and immediate action.
  • Implement and practice the Integrated Management System (IMS) such as Quality Management System (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) policies and procedures.

Skills:

  • Equipment Operations and safety training, quality control training.
  • Skills in Microsoft Power point and Photoshop.
  • Encoding in MS Excel and word.
  • Has good communication skills.
