Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee product quality, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and support continuous improvement across operations.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or any related field.
  • 3–10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the meat and seafood industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality assurance methods, and control procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, strong professional ethics, and solid analytical and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily quality checks and ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Implement and monitor food safety programs (GMP, HACCP, etc.).
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to address quality concerns.
  • Prepare QA reports and documentation.
  • Lead investigations and corrective actions for non-conformances.
  • Assist in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
