About Us
Egg Tarts Manila is a fast-growing homegrown food brand known for our signature egg tarts and expanding beverage line. We are in an exciting phase of growth and are seeking a Admin & Finance Officer who can take ownership of our finance and administrative operations.
Job Summary
The Admin & Finance Officer will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial processes and administrative systems. This role requires strong accounting, compliance, and operational skills. You will be the go-to person for managing financial reporting, payroll, supplier relations, permits, and government compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle accounting: accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, cash flow statements, and forecasts.
- Manage payroll processing, overtime summaries, and staff benefits.
- Handle BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth filings, permits, and government compliance.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers, rentals, and other obligations.
- Monitor and manage budgets, petty cash, and reimbursements.
- Establish and improve internal financial processes and controls.
- Support management with financial planning and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage office administration, records, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of solid experience in accounting and finance, preferably in F&B, retail, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and government compliance.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace; knowledge of ERP/POS systems is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and implementation skills.
- CPA license is a plus, but not required.
