Accounting Clerk
· Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Technology, or BSBA in Financial Management or related courses
- With at least one to two years' experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office specially MS EXCEL and willing to learn QuickBooks.
- Willing to work in Makati City CBD ( AXA Life Centre, Gil Puyat Ave cor. Tindalo St.)
Job Description:
- Preparation of accounting documents. Mostly Liquidations of Cash Advances
- Encoding using QuickBooks
- In charge of Stock Inventory among others
And other tasks that will be assigned by the Finance/Accounting Manager.
Handles the month end closing reports.
- Prepare monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow)
- Prepare special monthly reports like Villa Owners Financial Statement, Staff Cost Summary and others
- Prepares accurate and timely Daily Revenue Report
- Supports the completion of all balance sheet accounts reconciliation on a monthly basis and prepares the necessary adjustments.
- Coordinates with tax and accounting issues identified and noted in the daily reclassification and review of revenue transactions
- Assist Management in analysis of accounts as business partner supporting various finance initiatives and projects.

- With experience handling a team
- Preferably with experience in regional finance set up
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
