HIRING: Warehouse Clerk (Project-Based)

Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa (Corporate Office)

Employment Duration: October to December (Project-Based)

Salary: NCR Minimum Wage

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Clerk to assist in managing inventory and store operations at our corporate office. The successful candidate will help ensure accurate stock recording, maintain order in the warehouse area, and provide support in handling materials and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration, or any related course
  • At least 1 year of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory-related work (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of POS operations is an advantage
  • Physically fit and able to handle moderate to heavy items
  • Must be a Manila resident near Alabang for easy reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming and outgoing materials and supplies
  • Monitor stock levels and prepare daily inventory reports
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse area
  • Coordinate with departments for stock requests, transfers, and replenishments
  • Operate POS or inventory tracking systems when required
  • Maintain accurate documentation of stock movements and transactions

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday (Full-time hours)

This position is under Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
