Responsibilities:

  • Address customer issues and resolve them in timely manner.
  • Maintain solid customer relationships by handling queries and concerns with professionalism
  • Call existing clients or potential clients to encourage them to avail re-financing (Local Clients)
  • Handles after sales queries and concerns with professionalism
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualification:

  • Experience sales and marketing in the financing industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Literate in Microsoft Office Application.

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday (9:00 am – 6:00 pm on-site
