BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or its equivalent
· With or without call center/BPO experience
· Good command of English communication skills.
Collection CSR Responsibilities
· Contact customers regarding overdue accounts via phone, email, or chat
· Negotiate payment arrangements and assist in setting up payment plans
· Record and update account information accurately in the system
· Educate customers on billing details, due dates, and payment options
· Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts to the appropriate department
· Achieve daily or monthly collection targets and maintain call quality standards
· Handle customer objections professionally and maintain positive rapport
· Ensure compliance with data privacy and collection policies
Fraud CSR Responsibilities
· Review and verify customer information to detect potential fraudulent activity
· Investigate suspicious transactions or account behavior promptly
· Communicate with customers to validate account usage and prevent fraud losses
· Report confirmed or suspected fraud cases to the fraud prevention team
· Maintain accurate and detailed case documentation
· Educate customers on fraud protection practices and account security
· Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and confidentiality standards
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve fraud-related disputes quickly
