About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the 1ST DYNAMIC PERSONNEL RESOURCES' team as a CSR Sales Account Representative. Offering a dynamic work environment with the flexibility of working from home, this role involves providing excellent customer service and driving sales for the company's products and services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle incoming calls from customers, providing assistance and resolution to their queries and concerns
  2. Actively listen to customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements
  3. Process customer orders, payments, and other transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure all necessary documentation is complete
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  6. Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales-related role, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond to customer inquiries effectively
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  7. Flexible and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment
