We're looking for an experienced
Expense Program Administrator
to join our
Accounting team
supporting
Outset Medical
, a leading name in the healthcare technology sector. In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end travel and expense program—including corporate card administration—while ensuring compliance, optimization, and accuracy across all related processes.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for all employee travel & expense (T&E) and Concur-related inquiries
  • Manage support cases and maintain system configuration in
    SAP Concur Travel & Expense
  • Provide training and ongoing support to users, ensuring policy adherence and system efficiency
  • Oversee corporate card (P-Card) program administration: issuance, cancellations, limit monitoring, delinquency management
  • Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory standards
  • Support treasury tasks such as check deposits, wire payments, and non-inventory AP processes
  • Collaborate on audit preparations and provide accurate, timely documentation
  • Continuously improve and document processes, policies, and SOPs
  • Take on ad hoc projects and contribute to operational initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years
    of experience in expense program administration, corporate card management, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing workflows in
    Concur
  • Background in
    P-Card programs
    , US GAAP, and general accounting practices
  • Strong proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
    , or equivalent work experience
