Office Assistant – Job Description
The Office Assistant will support daily company operations by handling administrative duties, organizing information, and helping the team stay on track. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing, organizing, and maintaining office and operational reports.
- Tracking invoices, correcting errors, and keeping accurate records.
- Sending invoices and payment reminders to clients.
- Monitoring company vehicles, scheduling maintenance, and updating logs.
- Communicating with staff members to provide updates and send required reports.
- Tracking assigned tasks and following up to ensure completion.
- Assisting with daily office activities to maintain smooth and efficient workflows.
- Communicating proactively with management through Slack (experience is a plus).
- Maintaining a professional, organized, and positive work approach.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through abilities.
- Ability to monitor tasks and hold others accountable in a professional manner.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
This is a full-time, mid-level position offering the opportunity to support essential office processes and contribute to the company's overall operational success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
