If this journey excites you, keep reading Position: Business Consultant Team Lead In this role, you'll manage your own team, driving the company's revenue growth.
Responsibilities include managing Business Consultants who handle inbound and outbound sales, understanding SME business owners' needs, conducting product demos, and negotiating pricing. You don't need to be an industry expert, but the work is challenging, fast-paced, and innovative. We seek someone curious, driven, and eager to improve.
What you will do: Lead the Philippines Sales Team, coaching Sales Coordinators and Business Consultants Coordinate with upper management to meet sales targets Analyze the marketplace and provide feedback on competitors and market trends Train the sales team on techniques, processes, and product knowledge Manage team KPIs and goals Support recruitment efforts by sourcing and interviewing candidates Provide localized feedback on products and pricing Align country activities with other organizational functions Develop new business opportunities and partnerships Build brand awareness in the Philippines with marketing support Represent StoreHub at local events and monitor brand activity How you need to be: Passionate about helping small businesses At least 5 years of outside sales experience Minimum 3 years managing or leading sales teams Excellent people skills and ability to present products Proficient in creating outbound messaging in writing and verbally Strong knowledge of customer service, sales techniques, and control systems Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Organized, able to multitask, and meet deadlines Adaptable and collaborative in dynamic environments Detail-oriented with initiative and problem-solving skills Highly motivated and results-driven Bonus points if: You have experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) technology.
