Job Overview

Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative is hiring an Inventory Staff (Inventory Assistant) to handle stock monitoring and reconciliation for convenience stores across NCR. The role involves office-based work in Ermita, Manila, with regular fieldwork for store visits and inventory counting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical inventory counts in assigned convenience stores within NCR
  • Record purchases, stock movements, and update inventory database
  • Reconcile actual stock counts with computer-generated reports
  • Prepare inventory-related reports and submit discrepancies for review
  • Assist in stockroom tasks and support store operations when necessary
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of inventory activities
  • Render overtime work as required to meet operational needs

Qualifications

  • College graduate, preferably of any Accounting-related course
  • With or without experience (inventory or audit background an advantage)
  • Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Willing to do fieldwork and flexible with working hours
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy in handling company property
