Job Description:

  • Counting and tracking inventory.
  • Keeping detailed records of inventory counts.
  • Assisting with unloading product deliveries.
  • Ordering new inventory.
  • Maintaining and updating records.
  • Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
  • Developing or improving inventory management procedures.
  • Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment, or merchandise.
  • Managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse

Receiving and Processing Inventory:

  • Receiving incoming shipments and verifying them against purchase orders.
  • Placing inventory in designated storage areas.
  • Ensuring proper labeling and organization of inventory.

Maintaining Inventory Records:

  • Updating inventory management systems with accurate stock levels.
  • Recording transactions, such as receipts, shipments, and adjustments.
  • Generating reports on inventory levels and movement.

Ensuring Accuracy and Efficiency:

  • Conducting regular physical inventory counts to verify stock levels.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies between physical inventory and records.
  • Implementing and maintaining efficient inventory management practices.

Other Duties:

  • Assisting with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Processing returns and handling customer inquiries related to inventory.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/ Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Working experience in inventory control is an advantage
  • Excellent math and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours.
  • Ability to use inventory computer programs (SAP) to update counts and compile reports
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
