Job Description

We are looking for a Fixed-Asset Inventory Staff to join our team on a 3-month project-based engagement. The role involves conducting a thorough inventory of store equipment, verifying asset details, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of records. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and willingness to perform fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a comprehensive physical inventory of store equipment.
  • Scan asset IDs, verify equipment details, and match them with system records.
  • Perform reconciliation between physical counts and data records.
  • Identify discrepancies and update/correct asset details in the system.
  • Support inventory documentation and reporting as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least college level, preferably in Accounting or a related course.
  • Willing to do fieldwork.
  • Advantage: prior experience or knowledge in conducting inventories.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
