Position: Research Assistant 

Location: Libis, Quezon City

Work setup & shift: Hybrid | Night Shift

Position Overview:

The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and research/support to the data department.

Core Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain CID relationships database and update data contacts, including data tracking and reporting
  • Gain understanding of department and industry necessary to develop personal priorities and timelines (hit deadlines), within departmental schedule
  • Review and analyze source documents from all manufacturers. Compare these documents to previous versions to identify all changes (P2P)
  • Learn basic understanding of Data Analyst Role in order to process certain data updates of core data

  • Process specialized data as required such as:

  • Secondary Testing

  • Workbench Testing
  • Data mapping to 3rd parties, etc
  • Incentives
  • Vehicle Accessories
  • Responsible to help the team achieve established goals, as well as completing individual responsibilities in a timely manner
  • May work on special projects, depending upon available resources and appropriate skill levels
  • Product testing as assigned
  • Support Associates and management with individual projects as assigned
  • Act as a positive team player

What You Need:

  • Analytical expertise (must score 10 or better on our analytical test).
  • Strong attention to detail (minimum 80% on paper-to-paper test).
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Proven history of effective work in an office environment.
  • Comfortable with computers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work well under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
  • Strong time management skills and proven initiative.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
  • Post-secondary education would be an asset.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • College or university degree is a benefit.
  • Knowledge of vehicle attributes is an asset.
