Job Description:

  • Ensure timely and courteous service to guests
  • Supervise and coordinate dining room staff (servers, hosts, bussers)
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues
  • Schedule shifts and manage employee attendance
  • Train new staff and conduct ongoing performance evaluations
  • Communicate with kitchen staff for smooth food service flow
  • Maintain inventory of dining supplies and reorder as needed
  • Implement and enforce dining room policies and procedures
  • Assist in budget planning and cost control

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
