Responsibilities Studies Event Worksheet at least a day or before the function. Prepares assignment / delegation of duties. Conducts daily briefing before the start of the function or before loading of equipment. Ensures / check if all equipment is clean and working before start up or load up. Ensures orderliness, cleanliness of function room / venue before and after each event. Check individual cutleries, china wares, and glassware before setting up the table. Ensures that tables are properly laid down, free from any damages. Ensures clean / properly pressed linen is used in all set up. Responsible for the service of food and beverage. Attending briefings / meetings are required. Prepares to report any untoward incident during an event that might occur.
