About the Role A cozy Mediterranean restaurant is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Supervisor / Head Waiter . The role requires balancing guest satisfaction, waiter supervision, scheduling, and delivery coordination (Grab/Foodpanda). Key Responsibilities Supervise waiters to ensuring smooth dining flow and adherence to SOPs. Handle guest concerns with professionalism and warmth. Prepare weekly schedules, manage shift swaps, and balance labor with peak hours. Oversee Grab/Foodpanda orders: accuracy, packaging, and timely dispatch. Support daily operations: opening/closing, and coordination with the kitchen. Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellent service. Qualifications 2–4 years of restaurant experience (casual dining or boutique preferred). Experience in a Mediterranean restaurant a plus. Prior role as Captain Waiter, Senior Waiter, or Supervisor is a must. Strong communication skills (English & Filipino). Tech-comfortable (POS, Grab dashboard, scheduling apps). Hospitable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. HRM or Hospitality background is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: ₱23,000–₱26,000/month (depending on experience).
