What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives in a fast-paced BPO environment
  • Ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met across healthcare and retail accounts
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience
  • Handle escalations and provide strategic solutions to client concerns

What We're Looking For

  • Proven 2 years experience as a Team Lead in the BPO industry (healthcare or retail account experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • College undergraduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Amenable to shifting schedules and flexible work arrangements
