Job description

Customer Service

  • Provide and build excellent customer relationships to its internal and external customers.
  • Ensure proper coordination and communication to company's employees in headquarter and satellite offices, suppliers, and contractors.

Home Management

  • Develop and implement an office management program including housekeeping maintenance and facilities preservation.
  • Allocate and manage facility space to its maximum efficiency.

Engineering

  • Develop and implement an office management program including preventive maintenance and asset protection.
  • Collaborate with PMO in the creation and implementation of 52-week calendar program. Conduct and document regular assets and facilities inspections.
  • Knowledgeable in FDAS & CCTV
  • Candidates must possess basic understanding of FDAS and CCTV systems.
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
  • Recommend and oversee facility refurbishment and renovations.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years' in supervisory position handling general administration and maintenance.
  • Property management experience is desired but not required for the supervisory position.
  • Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management
  • Working knowledge of principles and practices of business administration
  • Working knowledge of financial principles and practices
  • Working knowledge of procurement and contracts
  • Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Experience in construction, maintenance and all facets of facility operation
  • Solid computer and systems knowledge
  • Superior leadership skills
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations
