We're seeking a Digital Marketing & Web Operations Specialist to manage and elevate our online presence across two healthcare websites. This role blends technical web development, strategic content creation, and hands-on digital marketing execution. If you're a creative problem-solver with strong SEO instincts and a knack for healthcare platforms like Tebra, RingCentral, and GoDaddy, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain two healthcare websites hosted on platforms like GoDaddy, ensuring performance, uptime, and design consistency
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and search rankings
  • Create and publish engaging content across web and social media platforms
  • Oversee social media marketing campaigns, analytics, and audience engagement
  • Assist with Google Suite tasks including document management, calendar coordination, and team collaboration
  • Support EMR-related digital workflows (Tebra) and VOIP communications (RingCentral)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital efforts with business goals

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in web development and digital marketing (WordPress, Wix, GoDaddy, or similar platforms)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and social media management
  • Familiarity with healthcare tech tools including Tebra (EMR) and RingCentral (VOIP)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
  • Excellent written communication and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare, wellness, or patient-facing digital environments
