A Day In The Life

We’re looking for a creative and energetic full-time Paid Social Strategist with a passion for performance marketing and team management. Experience in TikTok and Meta Ads platforms is a must. The Paid Social Strategist is responsible for the performance, strategy, growth, and execution from A-Z of paid social accounts. You will lead and execute a paid social strategy that helps reach a business’ overarching goals and collaborate with the team to optimize strategies for our TikTok clients. You will work closely with the team and our clients to ensure monthly performance goals are met or surpassed, and you will collaborate with the creative, organic, and influencer/partnerships teams to ensure best-in-class execution across the channels.

Responsibilities
  • Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social platforms
  • Implement end-to-end builds and production with redundancy across channels
  • Channels include TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn where applicable; heavier emphasis on TikTok and Meta
  • Lead execution of optimizations to improve performance relative to goals
  • Own strategic communication internally and externally for clients and client teams
  • Proactive internal communication on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and actions
  • Autonomous external communication with clients for performance, tactical and strategic items, updates, and recommendations
  • Excellent marketing and business strategy acumen; understanding of marketing funnel and paid social execution
  • Full understanding of the ecommerce model and basic lead gen strategies
  • Navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changing landscapes to achieve results
  • Ownership of performance reporting and strategy communication
  • Execute performance reporting end-to-end with strong presentation skills
  • Present performance reports and recaps, facilitating strategic conversations with clients
  • Leverage data to tell a story and articulate results with clear next steps
  • Present forward-thinking plans and execute to drive business results
  • Operate effectively as a team member for department and account teams
  • Contribute to a constructive work environment aligned with Power Digital’s core values
  • Support the growth and development of junior talent where applicable
  • Utilize AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of digital marketing; agency experience a plus
  • 1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing in e-commerce; lead gen and B2B a plus
  • 1+ years experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus (LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.)
  • 1+ years experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts
  • 1+ years experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus
  • 1 year experience client facing and handling communications
  • Excellent Excel skills with understanding of advanced features
  • Excellent data analytics skills
KPIs
  • Managing a full workload indicated by one or more of the following: $26k MRR or 6 owned clients
  • Client churn rate below 10%
MITs
  • Delivering top-tier product and owning strategic direction and channel communication for designated accounts, overseeing reporting and execution of channel strategy
  • Account growth and retention (results and sentiment)
