Role Overview
We are looking for a
Marketing Manager
who understands both the
motorcycle culture
and the
business of motorcycles
—someone who can bridge the excitement of the ride with the efficiency and economics of B2B leasing.
This role is responsible for building our
entire marketing engine
from the ground up—developing our brand, creating marketing materials, managing our digital presence, and driving qualified leads for the sales team. You will own the
customer journey
from awareness to onboarding, ensuring every touchpoint adds value and builds trust.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan and lead generation.
- Define positioning and messaging for customers.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with company growth targets.
Brand & Content Development
- Build and manage the company website, ensuring it communicates the value proposition clearly and generates leads.
- Create compelling
sales decks, brochures, case studies, and onboarding materials
for clients. - Manage brand consistency across all touchpoints (digital, print, events, and partner communications).
Lead Generation & Campaigns
- Design and implement lead-generation campaigns through digital ads, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
- Manage CRM tools and marketing automation to track, nurture, and convert leads into business customers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize lead handover and conversion.
Customer Journey & Experience
- Map and continuously improve the B2B customer journey—from first contact, onboarding, and retention.
- Gather insights from customers and data analytics to enhance marketing performance and customer satisfaction.
- Support training and communication materials for new business clients and riders.
Partnerships & Market Engagement
- Work with delivery platforms, fleet operators, and corporate clients to co-create marketing and pilot programs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in EV and mobility sectors.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, ideally in
automotive, motorcycle, or EV industries
, or B2B marketing for leasing/transport/logistics. - Strong understanding of
motorcycle business dynamics
—dealers, riders, fleets, and community culture. - Proven experience in
lead generation

digital marketing
, and
campaign management
. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and content development skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build marketing systems from scratch.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Background in fleet management, vehicle leasing, or logistics.
- Passion for sustainability and e-mobility innovation.
