Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Marketing Manager role located in Pasig, Philippines. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns, developing strategies to promote CHICHA San Chen's tea products, collaborating with the creative team, analyzing market trends, and managing the marketing budget.

Qualifications:

  • Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management skills
  • Experience in Product Marketing and Promotion
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills
  • Analytical and Data-driven abilities
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
