Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property and General Services Manager at Riverside College, based in Bacolod City. The role involves overseeing property and facilities management, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards. Responsibilities include supervising building maintenance, managing facility budgets, coordinating repairs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The manager will also lead a team, address property-related concerns, and implement policies to maintain a safe and organized environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in property management, facilities maintenance, and operational oversight
  • Leadership and team management abilities to coordinate and supervise a diverse team effectively
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and strategic planning skills for handling facility-related issues
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and standards, as well as risk management practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact efficiently with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and project management
  • Experience in educational institutions or similar industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
