Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Taguig City (On-site)

Start Date: October 13, 2025 or onwards

Job Type: OJT (On-the-Job Training)

Contract Length: 2–3 months

About the Internship

The Talent Acquisition Internship offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. Interns will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team and learn the full cycle of hiring — from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Discovery – Collaborate with the team to source potential candidates through various innovative platforms and channels.
  • Candidate Engagement – Communicate with applicants, provide information about the company, and ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
  • Interview Coordination – Assist in scheduling and organizing interviews, and ensure proper documentation of candidate progress.
  • Data Insights – Collect and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
  • Administrative Support – Maintain organized records, files, and other documentation essential to recruitment operations.

  • BS/AB Psychology
  • BS/AB Human Resources Management
  • BS/AB Office Administration or Management
