Job description:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • Require computer skills: MS Office & MS Power Point
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field
  • With excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality
  • Possesses strong leadership skills
  • Ability to multi-task, can work under pressure
  • Flexible and can work under minimum supervision

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable

  1. Monitor Daily Collection Report (DCR)

  2. Perform account reconciliations and cash receipts book

  3. Monitors account for delayed payments and other irregularities

  4. Research and resolve payment discrepancies

  5. Review AR aging to ensure compliance

  6. Ensure to follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc

  7. Assist credit and collection supervisor

  8. To be assigned on field if necessary

Accounts Payable

  1. Review and verify check requests & set vouchers up for payment

  2. Enter and upload vouchers into system

  3. Track expenses and process expense reports

  4. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments on BIR

  5. Prepare and perform check runs and check availability of the cash on bank

  6. Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records

  7. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and make cash disbursement book

  8. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

  9. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issue

  10. Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries

  11. Produce monthly reports and assist with month end closing and deadlines

  12. Provide supporting documentation for audits

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
