About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at THE OBAGI SKIN HEALTH, INC.' in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable
  • Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting department
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Collaborating with various departments to provide financial information and support
  • Participating in special projects and initiatives as required

What we're looking for

  • Strong background in bookkeeping and small practice accounting
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant accounting qualifications or certifications
