Job Title: Accounting Staff (ERP System Handler)

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Staff who will be primarily responsible for handling and maintaining our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. The role ensures accurate financial data entry, proper transaction recording, and efficient use of ERP modules to support the Finance and Accounting Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Process and monitor accounts payable and purchases transactions through ERP.
  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports generated from the ERP system.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper posting of transactions in the ERP.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate ERP-related issues to IT or vendors as necessary.
  • Assist in the implementation, testing, and upgrading of ERP accounting modules.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary ERP data.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (ERP experience is and advantage)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
