Patient Service Representative (PSR)

Job Description

· Acts as a single point of contact for the company's customer-patients through inbound and outbound calls, chats and emails.

· Ensures customer satisfaction by providing world class customer service by assisting them with their inquiries, providing information about the company's products and accurately processing their orders

· De-escalates situations involving dissatisfied customers and offers patient assistance and support

· Reviews customer-patients accounts and gives updates regarding billing, shipping, warranties and other account items

· Responsible for accurately keeping records of information received in the conversation and logs them into company's database

· Collaborates with other call center professionals to improve customer service

· Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time

Qualification Requirements:

  • Senior High School completion but Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience working in a call center or customer support role is an advantage
  • Strong active listening, and English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in problem-solving
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • With positive attitude, patience and strong customer service skills
  • Willing to work graveyard shifts
  • Willing to work in Binangonan, Rizal

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
