Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow-up on tasks
- Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Capable of multi tasking and managing time efficiently
- Has basic background in health account
- Preferably with Customer Service experience
- Preferably without any reliability issues from previous jobs
Job Roles:
- Checking eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalizations, and procedures.
- Providing claims status.
- Reviewing basic patient bills for accuracy and completeness, and obtaining any missing information.
- Researching and appealing basic denied claims.
- Answering all patient or insurance telephone inquiries pertaining to assigned accounts."
