Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize and work independently

Preferably with Customer Service experience
Preferably without any reliability issues from previous jobs
Responsibilities:
Checking eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalizations, and procedures.
Providing claims status.
Reviewing basic patient bills for accuracy and completeness, and obtaining any missing information.
Researching and appealing basic denied claims.
Answering all patient or insurance telephone inquiries pertaining to assigned accounts.
