About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Applicator/Installer to join our team in Queenstown, Otago, New Zealand. In this role, you will apply torch-on waterproofing systems to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality and durable installations. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering exceptional results for residential, commercial, and architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Torch-On Application: Apply torch-on waterproofing membranes to roofs, decks, and other surfaces, ensuring a seamless and watertight seal.
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by cleaning and priming, ensuring optimal adhesion of the membrane.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team, coordinating tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure installations meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
Required Experience
  • Experienced in torch on roofing membrane installation.
  • Great knowledge in understanding / readings plans and problem solving.
  • Experienced in roofing and below ground membrane systems.
  • Ability to lead a team of applicators and or work alone.
  • Strive to achieve targets in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Willing to work overtime to achieve deadlines.
