Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Review Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting physical checks and call barging of credit card and installment applications solicited by the telemarketing unit.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough physical checks of all credit card and installment applications to ensure completeness, authenticity, and validity of information.
  • Engage in call out activities to validate application details with BDO cardholders who applied through telemarketing.
  • Maintain high-quality standards by ensuring timely completion of tasks within specified turn-around-time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable institution.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in credit or banking.

Note: The selected candidate must be willing to work on-site and may be assigned in Ortigas.
