Key Responsibilities:

  • Support front line (store operations) POS and back office staff on operating ERP System.
  • Will be required to troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion as well as performing regular backups and restorations.
  • Perform IMAC (Install, Movement, Add, and Change) Services within prescribed SLA.
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstations and related hardware and software and assess the need for process improvement or retraining or users
  • Accurately document instances of desktop equipment or component failure, repair, installation, and removal.
  • Gather and document reported bugs and error, then relay them to system developers.
  • Manage permissions, configurations, and credentials for users.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Accounting Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electronics Engineering or equivalent are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience using ERP system specifically Odoo.
  • Customer Service oriented.
  • Good verbal and written communications with team members and company users.
  • Familiarity with using Google Workspace.
