About the role

Corporate Resources Group (CRG) Services Corp. is seeking a talented Material Resource Planning Specialist to join our team in Santolan Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position within our Strategy & Planning department, where you will play a crucial role toensure optimal planning, allocation, and monitoring of the Company's material resources to maintain operational efficiency for the business units.

Also tasked to conduct time and motion studies, analyze production and warehouse operations, recommend process improvement strategies, and implement assigned projects from time to time to support overall manufacturing and supply chain objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. The MRP Specialist shall also serve as the Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and Safety Officer for Polara Chemical Corporation, ensuring compliance with related Philippine environmental regulations, occupational health and safety (OSH) standards, and supply chain requirements.
  2. Monitoring pollution control measures, hazard assessments, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with DENR, LLDA, DOLE, DOH, and BFP regulations. Manage permits and compliance requirements with DENR, LLDA, and local agencies.
  3. Lead investigations on workplace incidents, near-misses, and hazards.
  4. Production planning, time and motion studies, and process optimization
  5. Supply chain management, inventory planning, and resource allocation
  6. Provide training and support to end-users on MRP-related systems and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
  2. 3+ years of experience in material resource planning or inventory management
  3. Proficient in using MRP software and data analysis tools
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  6. Experience in the Consulting & Strategy industry is preferred
