About the Role We’re hiring a Materials Planning Manager to lead our materials planning team in Manila. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of supply chain management to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials. Location: Manila, Philippines ⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office Role: Materials Planning Manager What You’ll Do Develop and implement materials planning strategies aligned with production schedules. Analyze inventory trends and forecast material requirements to minimize shortages and excess stock. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards. Monitor and improve the efficiency of the supply chain process. Prepare reports on inventory status, cost savings, and performance metrics for senior management. Lead cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance productivity. What We’re Looking For Minimum 10 years of experience in materials planning or supply chain management. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management tools. Excellent problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
